After graduating from Clemson, Nate began his career as a structural engineer in the heavy industrial sector with a large global EPC firm. Since then, he's worked with public, private, and government-sector clients around the world. His project experience ranges from small upgrades at existing plants to the design and construction of new rocket launch facilities for the Department of Defense. Nate is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and enjoys the multidisciplinary coordination required to design steel structures and concrete foundations. His experience spans the full project life cycle, from early feasibility assessments through close-out.
Nate met his wife, Megan, during their senior year at Clemson, and they've been happily married for more than 10 years. They live in the Atlanta area with their dog, Okra, and cat, Uncle Fester. Megan is a Lieutenant in the US Public Health Service and works as an epidemiologist for the CDC. Outside of work, Nate can usually be found gardening, reading with a cup of coffee, playing disc golf, listening to music, or watching Clemson sports. He and Megan love adventure travel around the world and typically dabble in a triathlon or two each summer.
