Vince is a capital project and program leader with 15+ years of experience executing complex industrial projects across multi-site operations in the paper and packaging industry. A USC-trained Mechanical Engineer and certified PMP, he has spent his career translating corporate strategy into disciplined, high-impact capital programs, most recently at Domtar, where he led the initiation and development of strategic capital portfolios exceeding $1B in value. He is passionate about front-end loading, strong governance, and building cohesive, cross-functional teams. Whether managing a $900MM facility conversion, a $12.5MM machine rebuild, or a portfolio of 20 concurrent projects, Vince brings a collaborative, results-driven approach from feasibility through commissioning and startup.
Outside of work, Vince stays busy trying to keep up with his wife Erin, an interior designer, and their three boys: Owen (8), Luca (6), and Theo (3). The family's fourth team member (and part-time babysitter) is Finnegan, an 11-year-old Golden Retriever of considerable seniority and wisdom. Vince's favorite days involve his family, good food, and ideally a trail with a view. He loves travel, cooking, eating, and finding adventures the whole crew, Finn included, can get into. Life is chaos, joy, and certainly not boring.
