Isomer provided conceptual civil engineering, site plan development, and due diligence efforts for the development of an existing 2-acre site in the City of Mauldin for the construction of a 12,000 square foot indoor Badminton and Pickleball facility. Isomer engineers worked closely with the City of Mauldin to determine all limitations on the site presented by the adjoining land uses, building setbacks, FEMA floodplain and existing utility easements. Isomer utilized this information to develop a conceptual site layout to obtain planning commission approval and utilize in discussions with adjoining land owners. This effort included planning commission document preparation, coordination meetings with SCDOT and City of Mauldin, site design, SCDOT, vehicular and pedestrian access, and landscaping design.
