Isomer provided civil engineering, permit coordination, and construction administration services for the redevelopment of an existing car dealership in the City of Easley to construct a 4,500-square-foot dedicated service center and a 24,400-square-foot service shop. The project was executed at an active dealership that remained open during construction, requiring careful sequencing to maintain operations and maximize use of existing infrastructure. Site improvements were implemented to meet current regulations, including modifications to the stormwater system, enhanced buffering for neighboring properties, reconfigured site entrances, and water and sewer system upgrades. The scope also encompassed coordination with the architect and City of Easley, site design and permitting, vehicular and pedestrian access, and landscaping design.
