Greenville, South Carolina - As part of a continued growth strategy, Isomer Project Group has added Scott Chipman to its team as a Project Engineer. Scott studied Chemical Engineering with an emphasis on Energy Studies and Business Management at Clemson University. Scott is a natural problem solver and is a perfect match for Isomer's focus on recruiting team members that will add tremendous value to our customers.

"We are thrilled to add Scott to the Isomer team!" says Daniel Deery, a partner of the company. "We built a relationship with Scott after meeting him at a career fair early in the year. He is an intelligent, gifted engineer, but most of all, he is an exceptional and driven person and a great communicator. Scott is always smiling, and his positive, can-do attitude greatly impacts those around him. We are glad to have him on the team and look forward to seeing his continued impact on our business and customers!"

Scott spent several rotations as a co-op project engineer, where he gained valuable project and industry experience at a polyurethane foam manufacturer. During his co-op, Scott focused on new product development and continuous improvement projects at the facility. Scott brings a mentality of doing things the right way the first time and always staying positive for himself and those around him. His infectious attitude and curiosity about new technologies will significantly impact Isomer Project Group.

"It's always a little nerve-racking finding the right role, but I could tell right away that the guys at Isomer were a great fit. Everyone was so well-rounded, professional, and accommodating that it's no wonder we continue to succeed and grow in whatever we do. It still feels like an honor to be considered the right fit to join the team. In the short time I've been here, I've already learned so much and am eager to continue to learn and grow along with the other great people at Isomer." says Scott.
