Isomer provided civil engineering, permit coordination, and construction administration services for the redevelopment of an existing car dealership in Pickens County to construct an 8,800-square-foot dedicated service shop. The project emphasized minimizing new development and maximizing use of existing infrastructure to reduce costs and site impacts. In addition to the new service shop, site improvements were implemented to meet current regulations, including buffering for neighboring properties, installation of a new water service, and installation of a septic system. The scope involved coordination with the client, developer, and Pickens County officials, site design and permitting, vehicular and pedestrian access, septic system design and permitting, water service design and approval, and landscaping design to support project completion and compliance with applicable standards.
