Isomer was initially engaged to perform front end engineering design services to add a new warehouse extension to an existing molded fiber production facility. The team worked with the Owner to develop the project scope before ultimately producing an AACE Class 3 cost estimate to support the project funding request. Isomer proceeded directly into detailed design to expedite the approval of long-lead permits and procurement of the metal building. The design effort included a 25,000 square foot warehouse and truck dock facility, modifications to existing site stormwater infrastructure, and serving as the permitting lead for all state and local permits. Isomer remained engaged through the completion of the project serving as the Owner's project manager, managing equipment procurement as well as the contractor bid and selection process. The project is currently under construction and on track to be completed on schedule and within budget.
