Front-end engineering services and project development support for a 2,300-sf Zaxby's with a 7,000-sf commercial space (auto parts store) proposed in Greenville County. Isomer engineers work closely with the owner and developer to prepare several conceptual site plan options of various building layouts and orientations to best fit the owners needs while meeting Greenville Country requirements. Extensive coordination with Greenville County, utility providers, and the DOT was performed to ensure project feasibility, identify key stakeholders, and outline challenges requiring resolution. Due to the requirements of Greenville County, it was determined that retaining walls would be required to construct the stormwater management system necessary to service the property. The early identification of this cost enabled the developer to most accurately assess the property.
