Isomer provided civil engineering, permitting coordination, and construction administration services for redevelopment of an existing downtown Greenville parking lot to support construction of a four-story office building. Working within the constraints of the 0.4-acre site, Isomer collaborated closely with the client to maximize developable area while meeting current regulatory requirements. Site improvements included buffering of adjacent properties, installation of domestic and fire water services, and new sanitary sewer connections. The team coordinated extensively with the client, developer, City of Greenville, SCDOT, Greenville Water, and ReWa to secure approvals. Civil design services included site layout and permitting, vehicular and pedestrian access planning, sewer and water service design and approvals, and landscaping design to meet municipal standards.
