EXPERIENCE

40000SF Steel Processing Maintenance Warehouse Design

Isomer provided detailed design services, including site development, foundations, electrical, and mechanical design for a steel processing maintenance warehouse. Site design included grading, stormwater management, utility supply, and traffic design for six developed acres on the 14-acre parcel. Foundations for the large pre-engineered metal building structure with twin 70-ton bridge cranes and all major maintenance equipment were part of the Structural design. The Electrical design included building and equipment power, lighting, conduit, and grounding. Mechanical design included ventilation, compressed air piping, and natural gas piping. The project team worked closely with the installation contractor to regularly re-sequence deliverables to enable efficient installation and keep the project on budget and schedule.
