Fluff Pulp Machine Upgrade Project with the objective to increase production of an existing paper machine through multiple machine area and other auxiliary system modifications. Scope includes a drying capacity increase along with can support structure additions, reel modifications and extensive roll handling and packaging system modifications. Isomer provided project personnel and technical personnel to support the owner's team with management of a third-party engineering services provider during the FEL2 phase of the project. Activities included technical review of deliverables produced by third-party; input to and review of cost estimate, overall project summary schedule and constructability planning as well as support of internal owner team activities required for the execution of their project development work process.
