Isomer provided civil engineering design and permit coordination services for relocation of an existing sanitary sewer main to accommodate construction of a proposed retaining wall. The scope included evaluation of existing site conditions and utility infrastructure, development of design plans for the sewer reroute, and measures to maintain continuous service and system integrity during and after construction. Design efforts included coordination with the City of Greenville to establish horizontal and vertical alignment, pipe sizing and material selection, slope verification, and tie-in details to existing infrastructure. Permit coordination services included preparation of construction drawings and supporting documentation, coordination with the utility provider and regulatory agencies, and assistance throughout the review process to secure required approvals.
