Isomer was engaged by a Private Equity firm to provide Technical Due Diligence for a potential investment in a rooftop-focused solar development platform seeking to expand into new national markets and incorporate battery storage systems. Isomer’s team performed a full review of the company’s data room and participated in company interviews to support the effort. Solar and BESS capabilities were assessed to evaluate production performance, technology selection, degradation assumptions, and forecasting accuracy. Isomer reviewed EPC execution capabilities across current and future projects, including preferred supplier networks and procurement strategies, project management tools, internal capacity, and construction timelines. Project economics, such as CAPEX, OPEX, and developer margins, were also analyzed. Findings were delivered in stages to support the investment decision process, including early memoranda and a comprehensive final Red Flags report.
