Isaac began his career working in manufacturing upon graduating with his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of South Carolina. He served as lead design and implementation/manufacturing engineer for new tire designs coming into the manufacturing facility for the first time. From there, he moved into a project engineering and project controls role for a large EPC firm. His responsibilities included creating and actualizing schedules, running cost and progress reports, creating business tools, leading projects, and managing a client-dedicated task force. In addition, he has managed projects with a Total Installed Cost of up to $100MM and planned project execution strategies for projects as large as $2.5B in various industries. Creating practical management tools is a passion for Isaac, who has built tools to help office and department managers manage staffing, office health, and workload. He is not only accustomed to but thrives in a fast-paced environment and can learn new skills quickly. Isaac is passionate about being challenged through project management and execution, and delivering a solution the client can live with well after we are off the project. He provides value to his clients, project teams, and Isomer Project Group through communication, organization, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Isaac and his wife Kara enjoy spending time together outside with their two rescues – Pepper and Maverick. Isaac enjoys working with his hands – he has engine swapped multiple vehicles (his pride and joy is an E30 with an S52), learned to weld & woodwork, completely remolded his house, and built a beautiful shed. Isaac also enjoys cycling, road & trail running, hiking with the wife and puppies, trying new restaurants, board games, and time with family and close friends.
