Kelvin is a project engineer who brings a unique blend of technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a passion for sustainability to the Isomer team. He earned dual degrees in Chemical Engineering and Paper Science and Engineering from NC State University. During his time there, Kelvin gained valuable experience through co-ops and internships with companies including International Paper, WestRock, Pfizer, Jacobs Engineering, and Simplifyber—a sustainable textile startup. He also led student consulting teams as an Engagement Manager with NC State’s Consult Your Community, helping local small businesses solve operational and strategic challenges.
Kelvin thrives in collaborative environments where complex problems meet practical solutions. He’s especially motivated by projects that create meaningful impact and drive more sustainable outcomes for industries and communities. At Isomer, he contributes to multidisciplinary project teams that bring great ideas to life across both traditional and emerging markets.
Outside of work, Kelvin stays active through soccer, tennis, and running—and rarely passes up a good dessert (especially anything chocolate). He’s always up for an adventure and has trekked to Everest Base Camp, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, and enjoys exploring new places whenever possible. Born in Belgium, Kelvin lived there until he was 13, sparking his lifelong love of travel and experiencing different cultures.
