GREENVILLE, South Carolina — Kevin Sayles has joined Isomer Project Group as a Project Manager, strengthening our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Kevin holds a degree in Biosystems Engineering from Clemson University and brings a diverse background spanning traditional chemical industries and renewable infrastructure projects. Over the course of his career, he has held roles in project management, R&D, process engineering, facility start-up and commissioning, techno-economic due diligence, green credits, construction monitoring, early-stage project design, and project development. Notably, Kevin served as Project Manager for a multibillion-dollar Biomass-to-Sustainable Aviation Fuel FEL-2 project.

“I have had the privilege of knowing Kevin for many years, from our time in school to working together across several organizations and on multiple projects,” says John Hoppe, a Partner at Isomer Project Group.  “Throughout this time, I have observed his tremendous professional growth and the valuable experience he has gained in the markets most relevant to Isomer’s focus. Kevin brings both technical and project execution expertise that will strengthen our capabilities, along with the work ethic and integrity that make him an exceptional colleague. We are excited to welcome him to the team and look forward to the impact he will have in serving our customers.”

Before joining Isomer, Kevin worked with a renewable infrastructure firm, where he contributed to both advisory services and front-end engineering projects focused on green molecules such as SAF, RNG, and hydrogen. He also served on a development team pursuing a new food waste–to–RNG project, where he was responsible for technical design, permitting support, validation of financial model assumptions, coordination with external diligence partners, and vendor and EPC selection. Earlier in his career, Kevin gained valuable experience with a large EPC firm as a Process Engineering Lead on general chemical projects. Across these roles, Kevin has consistently excelled in managing complex projects and ensuring clear communication to keep all stakeholders aligned on objectives.

“Isomer continues to grow, and I am excited to join such a diverse team that truly understands client priorities and is committed to delivering on them. I look forward to supporting our clients with the breadth of my experience and collaborating with the team to continue producing excellent results,” said Kevin.
