Greenville, South Carolina - J.R. Stanley has joined Isomer Project Group as a Project Engineer working with the Process and Mechanical teams. J.R. studied Mechanical Engineering at Clemson University.

"Here at Isomer, we are a group of project professionals who believe in building up the next generation of talent in our industry.” says John Hoppe, a partner of the company. “We are committed to hiring and mentoring younger engineers who have excellent technical skills, a can-do attitude, demonstrate a humble coachability, and are eager to participate in what we are accomplishing as a company.  And then in turn, grow them as leaders in our organization.  When we first interviewed J.R., it was obvious he fit this mold.  We are grateful to have him on the team and are extremely excited to see him serve our customers as well as excel and grow as an individual and engineer.”

After graduation, J.R. volunteered to spend two months in Denver, Colorado as a part of the North American Missions Board’s (NAMB) GenSend mission program. While there, he spent time assisting newly planted churches in engaging and loving the surrounding communities of Denver, leading a children's summer camp, and organizing neighborhood festivals. Following this opportunity, he served as an assistant director to Clemson’s Baptist Collegiate Ministry, where he was tasked with handling ministry finances, teaching small groups, and cultivating an environment for college students to grow and become leaders in their communities. Through these experiences he has bolstered his servant leadership skills and team-centered mentality, both of which he brings to the projects he works on for his clients at Isomer.

"The process of finding your first job is always a little stressful, but I immediately felt at home after meeting the team at Isomer. I've been really impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and dedication to high-quality work that the whole team exhibits on a daily basis. I'm extremely grateful to have even been considered for a role here, and I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge base, critical thinking skills, and project experience to contribute to the continued success of the Isomer team.” says J.R.
