GREENVILLE, South Carolina — Isomer Project Group is thrilled to welcome Avery Wilson as our new Senior Project Engineer. His arrival marks a significant step in enhancing our process engineering capabilities. A University of South Carolina alumnus with a degree in chemical engineering, Avery's journey began in textile manufacturing, evolving through various roles in process and project engineering at Jacobs. His recent accolade as the TAPPI (Technical Association of the Pulp & Paper Industry) Young Professional of the Year is a testament to his remarkable contributions to the industry.

RL Simpson, our managing partner, shared, “Avery’s early career achievements in the Pulp and Paper sector have been nothing short of impressive. We’re excited to integrate his technical prowess into our team. His proven track record in traditional pulp and paper, coupled with his passion for emerging technologies, positions him perfectly to help catalyze and drive our efforts. What really sets Avery apart is his 'people-first' philosophy – a quality we value deeply for anyone stepping into a senior role at Isomer.”

Avery's diverse background in process design, project management, and construction support is complemented by his leadership on front-end engineering design projects, with capital costs exceeding $500MM TIC in both Pulp and Paper and Specialty Chemicals. His expertise in evaluating and optimizing manufacturing facilities is not just about technical excellence; it's about crafting a more sustainable future environmentally and financially. His combination of servant leadership, effective communication, and technical knowledge make him an invaluable addition to our team.

Avery himself is eager about this new chapter: “I am excited to be joining the Isomer team as we continue to find creative and innovative solutions for clients in both traditional and emerging markets. The team is incredibly sharp and focused on the well-being of both its clients and employees, which aligns well with the values I look for in a company. I look forward to being a part of the team that leads the way into the next era of manufacturing.” Says Avery.

Avery's alignment with our vision and his commitment to pioneering new technologies and solutions is a beacon of the exciting direction Isomer Project Group is headed towards.
