Greenville, South Carolina - Shawn Parmelee has joined Isomer Project Group as a Senior Project Engineer as the firm continues growing its world-class engineering and project management team. Shawn is a licensed Professional Engineer who has held a wide variety of roles providing civil engineering services on efforts ranging from single-family homes to large industrial EPC projects.

"As a company, our ears are always open, and we're always listening for what the market is saying. Recently, the message has been clear - our clients are actively developing projects and need support early in their projects with site planning, infrastructure, and permitting. But, of course, we also know the value of people. Our people are the key to delivering on our promises to clients and are who we are side-by-side with every day. On both fronts, we find an answer with welcoming Shawn to the Isomer team," says Isomer Partner John Hoppe. "Shawn is a perfect fit for our team as we strive to set a new standard for executing projects. I've personally worked with him in various capacities over the last eight years and have observed first-hand his professionalism, capabilities, and overall care for both his work and team. In addition, his experience across multiple industries is going to expand our network and allow us to serve existing customers better and cultivate new relationships."

Before joining Isomer, Shawn supported multiple firms specializing in capital projects and civil engineering services, most recently Davis and Floyd. He has personally seen projects through from early-stage feasibility estimates to mechanical completion. As a result, Shawn leverages a broad base of field experience to deliver a complete product. He has extensive expertise in civil engineering services, including stormwater management and design, erosion and sediment control, grading and drainage design, roadway/infrastructure design, and utility system design and routing. In addition, Shawn is a great communicator, has strong organizational skills, and is excited to continue providing excellent service to customers at Isomer Project Group.

"I am excited to be joining the team at Isomer, whose innovative approach to project delivery is redefining the industry. They are a team of dedicated people who enjoy what they do and provide an excellent product. I am humbled to be a part of the team and anxious to get started helping Isomer leave its mark on our industry and clients," says Shawn.
