Isomer provided civil engineering, permit coordination, and construction administration services for the redevelopment of a deteriorated parking lot serving a 107,500-square-foot light industrial building in Greenville County to meet the expanding needs of the tenant. The project was located on a developed 7.10-acre site currently used for light industrial warehousing. Work included restoring sections of the existing asphalt parking lot, demolishing and replacing degraded asphalt with a new gravel parking area, and adding gravel surfacing to supplement existing pavement and improve access to the truck dock. The scope also involved coordination meetings with Greenville County, site design and permitting, Low Impact Development (LID) design for water quality, vehicular access improvements, and landscaping design to enhance functionality and meet regulatory requirements.
