The effort included the front-end engineering and detailed design services for installing a 15 TPD Green Hydrogen Production and Liquefaction Plant on a greenfield site. The project scope included BOP Utilities, Ultra-Pure water generation, and technical review and balance of plant interfaces for turnkey package suppliers of Electrolyzer and Hydrogen Liquefaction systems. The design included material selection and pipe specification development for Hydrogen, Helium, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Ultra-Pure water, and cryogenic gas services. Utility systems specified and procured had both modular cooling tower cells and closed-loop coolers. Media pre-filtration, Reverse Osmosis, Electrodeionization, and resin polishing were utilized to generate Ultra-Pure water. PDC buildings and plant control systems were installed and integrated with vendor packages. Throughout the project, code reviews were continuously conducted, particularly around NFPA and other best practices for Hydrogen generation and storage.
