Isomer provided civil engineering, permit coordination, and construction administration for this greenfield development of a light industrial park. The project was located on an undeveloped 32.6-acre parcel and consisted of three (3) 60,000-sf and four (4) 12,000-sf warehouses. Isomer engineers worked closely with the client and Anderson County to develop the master site plan, and obtain Anderson County Planning Commission Approval prior to the start of detailed design. This effort included planning commission attendance and document preparation, coordination meetings with Anderson County Road and Bridges, site design and permitting, SCDOT encroachment permitting, lift station design, sewer service design and approval (ReWa), water service design and approval (Powdersville), vehicular access, and landscaping design.
