Full-service conceptual design FEL2 engineering services for a 280 TPD Tissue Machine Process Air System Replacement project as part of a Fleet-wide Rebuild Program. This project includes the replacement of the Process Air System, considered “end of life”, to ensure reliable production on this key asset in the Tissue Machine fleet. This project also included the replacement of the Yankee Dryer Hood and Air System Burners and Burner Management System. Isomer provided a complete FEL2 package including a priced equipment list, P&ID markups, basis of design, site layout, and AACE Class 4 Estimate. The team solicited technical specifications and budgetary proposals, and Isomer completed a bid evaluation to guide the selection of the OEM for the project. As part of the Tissue Machine Rebuild Program, Isomer assisted the client with the development of program workflows and incorporated best practices from recent projects to setup the project and portfolio of future projects for success.
