Isomer provided civil engineering design to assist a developer with a project to renovate an existing 3.68-acre commercial park located on Woodruff Road in Greenville, South Carolina. The project site consisted of four (4) multi-tenant buildings and the project was focused on restoration of existing deteriorating asphalt parking lot, replacement of missing curbing, updating signage and refresh of existing building entries and frontage. Isomer engineers worked closely with the developer to evaluate permitting requirements of the proposed work with Greenville County and develop a plan set that the client could utilize to solicit bids from contractors and direct construction. This effort included site design, underground routing of utilities, developing Material Take-off (MTO) of construction quantities, and developing appropriate construction details.
