Isomer provided conceptual civil engineering support to determine the feasibility of and assist developer in determination of estimated construction costs various commercial projects in the upstate of South Carolina. Isomer engineers work closely with the owner and developer to prepare a conceptual site plan the fits the owners needs and meets the requirements of the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). Significant coordination is completed with the AHJ, utility providers, and DOT to ensure that the project is feasible, as well as identifying the stakeholders and any challenges that need to be overcome as a result of the project. This effort aids the developer is preparing a estimate for the project and allows for the developer, engineer, and owner to move into detailed design with an agreed upon scope of work.
