EXPERIENCE

Nutrient Recovery Facility BOP FEL2

Isomer delivered an FEL-2 engineering package for a nutrient recovery facility co-located with an existing Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) production facility. The client sourced two vendors to convert the waste product into a marketable organic fertilizer using a proprietary nitrogen process. Isomer coordinated between the two vendors and supported the OSBL processing scope to produce a project design basis and Heat and Material Balance (HMB). Deliverables included Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), HMBs, utility summaries, priced equipment lists, general arrangements, preliminary civil site packages, HVAC basis of design, preliminary electrical packages, and a preliminary control architecture drawing. Isomer also produced an AACE Class 4 capital cost estimate and an FEL-2 project report, including an initial risk register and Level II project schedule. Isomer worked collaboratively with multiple key stakeholders to deliver an overall FEL-2 package to support the project's future development.
