Isomer performed technical due diligence on an operational soil washing asset and evaluated the company's pipeline of development opportunities for a financing partner. The team reviewed operating data at the running facility, including throughput and availability against nameplate, feedstock characterization, product yield, treatment performance, permit conditions, and equipment condition. Isomer also reviewed the project development pipeline, evaluating prospective sites based on capital cost, development risk, site conditions, and permitting pathway. Capex estimates were benchmarked against the operating assets' as-built costs, industry benchmarks, and local construction conditions. Findings were delivered as a Technical Due Diligence report to inform the financing partner's deal assessment.
