Isomer provided civil engineering, permit coordination, and construction administration services for a greenfield development project involving the construction of a Zaxby’s quick service restaurant on a 1.2-acre undeveloped outparcel, previously permitted as part of a larger common plan with an adjacent industrial park. Coordination with Anderson County confirmed the existing stormwater infrastructure met current regulations, with targeted modifications implemented to satisfy compliance standards and client requirements. The scope included site design and permitting, stormwater management adjustments, sewer and water service design and approvals, South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) encroachment permitting, and the design of vehicular and pedestrian access to support successful project delivery.
