Greenville, South Carolina - Tyler Smith has joined Isomer Project Group as Director of Business Development with a charter to guide targeted additions to the company's portfolio of new clients. With over ten years of industry experience in manufacturing and consulting, Tyler has led teams focused on production goals, process improvement, and process design.  Tyler has also served as a business development leader in multiple roles,  building a multi-faceted network across the industrial space in the southeast.

"As Isomer continues to grow, we need to ensure that we maintain the strong connection to our clients that has been the cornerstone of our approach," says Matt Ninnemann, a founder of the company. "Tyler's ability to connect with our clients and understand their needs is a perfect match for our vision to provide customized solutions to each customer rather than utilizing one-size-fits-all approaches. In addition, his dedication to both client and personal relationships aligns with our commitment to understand our client's needs on a personal level and to develop our relationships purposefully."

Before joining Isomer, Tyler was employed by industry-leading manufacturers in the plastics industry and spent time in the engineering consulting space, most recently at SynTerra Corp. His focus has been on implementing production management systems, developing KPIs to meet company objectives, developing new business with clients, and managing capital projects.

Tyler's attitude towards relationship-building is an asset that will lead to client success.  Tyler enjoys working with others in a team setting, leading by example, empowering those around him to perform at their best, and interacting with many disciplines across organizations.

"I am humbled to be able to join the team at Isomer Project Group. To put it quite simply, this team is full of go-getters. When you can surround yourself with a team boasting a client-centered attitude and who share a devotion to sound project execution - you can't help but create a force to be reckoned with in the industry. I am thrilled to be able to share our passion for assisting clients in meeting their goals as we strategically grow our footprint," says Tyler.
