Isomer provided civil engineering design, permit coordination, and construction administration services for a greenfield commercial park development anchored by a 4,500-square-foot auto glass repair shop and a 10,000-square-foot flex building. Located on a 2.0-acre undeveloped site, the project presented significant challenges including severe topography and limited water service availability. Isomer’s scope included site configuration, design and permitting, water main extension design and approval, sewer lift station design and service approval, vehicular and pedestrian access, and integration of retaining walls to address grade changes. The project required extensive coordination with the City of Greenville, utility providers, and the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) to resolve infrastructure constraints and ensure regulatory compliance.
