Isomer provided conceptual site layout, permitting, and conditional use application support for a portfolio of solar, battery storage, and hydrogen facilities across the US. The Isomer designs included engineering services to support permitting and conditional use applications for each facility. Deliverables included conceptual site layout drawings, site energy production calculations and reports, and completed applications to local authorities having jurisdiction. As part of the projects, Isomer successfully value-engineered the placement of the photo voltaic solar panel arrays, the primary balance of plant equipment locations, easements, and roadways to limit the extent of grading and limit requirements for further site preparation. In addition, Isomer provided input and design to avoid potential wetlands and other site features.
