Isomer provided full detailed design engineering for a truck unloading station, tank farm, oil conditioning system, impregnation area, and utilities for a capacitor manufacturing client. Some equipment was purchased prior to Isomer’s engagement; the team verified and integrated these components to ensure proper system performance through vendor coordination, design basis review, and required calculations. Isomer prepared datasheets and specifications for pumps, condensate return skids, knockout pots, vapor condensing units, air compressors, nitrogen generators, VFDs, instrumentation, static mixers, and PSVs. The scope included P&IDs, pipe routing and supports, 3D modeling, loop drawings, electrical load evaluation, and coordination with controls programming. The tank farm utilized repurposed Section VIII vessels, with Isomer supporting cleaning, testing, and repairs. The team remained engaged through construction, maintaining an on-site presence during installation to support execution and commissioning.
