The project objective was to convert an existing mill to linerboard production (600K STPY) using 100% OCC (old corrugated cardboard) furnish. The scope included the installation of a new OCC processing facility and warehouse, conversion of the existing paper machine, conversion of two boilers, and other utility and wastewater upgrades. Our team integrated with the Owner’s team and supported the Structural Engineering and Project Controls execution during the project. In doing so, the team provided review of and input to technical documents as well as construction progress, performance, and schedule; assisted in the development of monthly owner’s reporting including and developed and maintained the commissioning schedule. The Isomer team remained engaged through successful facility start-up.
