Isomer provided multi-discipline engineering and estimating services based on a client-supplied design package to support early planning for a proposed Waste Cellulose Processing Facility. The objective of this phase was to develop a comprehensive ROM estimate package to inform a go/no-go investment decision. Deliverables included a preliminary priced equipment list, redlined Process Flow Diagrams, a high-level power study, and site optioning analysis with site-specific building and equipment layout concepts. The team also completed a Life Safety Red Flags Analysis to identify potential code and permitting constraints early in development. The proposed facility processes waste cellulose through dewatering, chemical addition and mixing, refining, screening, and integrated dust and fines management systems.
