Isomer provided civil engineering conceptual planning, design, and permit coordination for the redevelopment of an existing 0.25-acre residential lot in downtown Greenville into three single-family homes. Isomer worked with the client to maximize the developable area on the compact site and secure City of Greenville approval prior to permit submission. Isomer also made site updates to meet current regulations, including grading and drainage improvements (LIDs), buffering of neighboring properties, domestic water service installation, and sewer service connection (Sewer Main Extension). This effort included coordination meetings with the client, developer, and City of Greenville. The civil engineering design included site design and permitting; vehicular and pedestrian access; stormwater and drainage design; sewer service design and permitting; water service design and approval; and landscape/site buffering design.
