Isomer provided capital cost estimating for a portfolio of small plant projects up to $7 million, including vendor documentation review and an AACE Class 3 estimate and accompanying report. The team provided a comprehensive review of vendor proposals and documentation to identify scope gaps and attribute quantities and costs to the balance of scope. To accurately capture installation costs associated with the project, the team led a site walk with the owner to identify constructability concerns. The estimate report included information on the anticipated scope of work, major costs and schedule risks, milestone schedules, and basis of estimate parameters. The capital cost estimate included a detailed report on direct vs. indirect costs, quantities, labor hours, required rental equipment, and miscellaneous costs.
